Refund Policy. Item must be returned within 15 days from issue of Return Invoice number (RI#)or no refund will be due. Items must be shipped signature confirmation required for proof of delivery, insurance recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To facilitate the processing time of your refund, place the RI# on the outside of your package. The cost of shipping the item to California Auction Company, LLC is to be paid by the customer. International bidders please note that customs and duties fees are paid by the bidder and are not refundable. Items that are incomplete will not be refunded and will be promptly returned to the customer.
Do not bid if you are not serious about keeping the item. Please note that returns must be requested and RI# obtained within 7 days of receipt of item by bidder or no refund is due. All purchased items must be paid for before you leave the auction and picked up by Thursday (following the auction) by 5 p.m. (NO DUMPING) All purchased items not removed within a specified time (without talking to office) will re-auctioned at the next sale with 100% of the proceeds being donated to a local charity of our choice. Please arrange your own shipping if you are buy furniture, or Bikes. Bikes cost approx 100.00 to ship from Ca. to the East Coast...call ask about any furniture you might want to have shipped... we will try to get the best price available for shipping....

ALL PAID ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE OF 55.00 PER DAY FOR 30 DAYS AND THEN PUT BACK INTO AUCTION & CONSIGNOR FEES IF ANY WILL APPLY.
